Can a bouncy castle be hired when it is raining?
Yes. The majority of our inflatables have light rain covers which will keep out light to moderate rain usually. However in the case of heavy rain it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the inflatable is protected from damage as damage can occur from the weight of water collecting. Electrics and keeping the blower unit dry and safe is also the hirer responsibility.
In the case of predicted severe weather where it is to risky from a health & safety point of view or likely risk to equipment. A cancellation of the booking may be required. We keep a close eye on the weather leading upto booking and will contact you if we believe this action may be required.
Do I need an electricity point
It is a good idea to have an electricity point within reasonable proximity of the bouncy castle. With prior notice at time of booking we can arrange generator hire for events if required.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We have full public liability insurance.
Is there are max wind speed for having a castle outside?
If the predicted wind speed is to reach 24mph or greater. We will unfortunatley be unable to place a bouncy castle outside. In line with best practice industry guidelines. This is a critical safety rule. Bouncy Castles can however be used indoors regardless of weather outside.
Do you hire any other equipment or provide party services

Is your equipment safety tested.
Our electrical equipment is fully PAT tested annually and full safety checks of both enviorment and equipment is done at time of every hire. All equipment is full secured to the ground for outdoor venues.
